With a doctor’s
order, we can go into the home and provide a thorough patient and equipment
assessment that will include:
Vitals
(RR, HR, BP)
Pulse Oximetry:
Ambulating and Resting SPO2’s
with and without oxygen
End Tidal CO2 (ETCO2)
monitoring for trach and vent patients
Incentive Spirometry
Review and recommendations
of medications and current therapy treatments
Patient education on
effective equipment and medication use, breathing techniques (COPD) and
pulmonary rehab that can be done in the home.
